February is I LOVE To Read Month!

Our families were invited to come join the staff in the library for some reading, snacks, prizes, and fun! Princess Anna, of Frozen Fame, was our special guest!

Global School Play Day

This was the first time we participated in the global school play day. Students were told they could bring anything they wanted to play with from home as long as it didn't have batteries. Students had a great time. Here are some of the things they did!

These were some of the comments the students made at the end of the day:

"I forgot we were at school!"

"Playing with others helps you to make friends."

"Playing is more fun with others."

"It was a nice feeling to share your toys with someone."

Fresh Snow!

Fresh Snow means that the snow plows will be adding snow to our playground. More snow on the playground means BIGGER hills. And BIGGER hills means MORE FUN!

We are using our new snow
saucers! They were a lot of fun!
















We also had fun with the large
ice blocks that the snowplows created by using them to make
snow forts!
